10 star. My Boston terrier will not let anyone cut his nails. The vet, Petco or Pet smart. Muddy-buddy did it and filed them smooth and only charged $8 Amazing how he handled the dog without any trouble. This has to be the best place in Washington. I am no longer bleeding from dog nail scratches.

The facility is immaculate, feels like a high end salon, but is also a great way to get the kids involved in washing the dog. The state of the art equipment and attention to detail make the experience a very positive one. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they have an on-site groomer.

We were eating at the Blazing Onion and saw out the window that there was a dog wash by us, we just happened to have our dog with us and we were talking about taking him for a wash so it was convenient to stop in and check them out. It was our first time there but we will be back, the Convenience of having them wash your dog or you doing it yourself was nice, we let them wash him while we shopped and came back while they were drying him. They were very helpful and Very Nice and ive never seen another dog wash place that washed his ears like they did....amazing place.

The set up here is so nice. You can access the tubby from both sides which makes it very convenient. The owner was working while I was there and was very much into the customer service and teaching you dog grooming tips which was nice. Lots of guidance! It was a great experience!

I hate hate hate having to wash my dog at home. Fur in the bathtub, and outside is not an option.
This place is great! They provide all the needed products and then do the clean up! Super nice couple too! Prices are decent and i don't have to try to cut my dog's black nails, cause they have a groomer on hand for that too!

The owners Kerri and Jeff are delightful, always friendly and welcoming - making even our quite apprehensive 110 lb. Great Dane a little more relaxed. The place is always impeccably clean - no easy feat when working with our furry friends and everyone is well managed so that new friends are made each and every visit. They are both knowledgeable and have suggested new dog food that has helped our pooch obtain a much more healthy Dane figure! Thank you very much to Kerri and Jeff - you are a wonderful addition to our home town!

They know their stuff! I was able to relate to them exactly what my dog needed (he's a digger and a runner) and they helped me figure out a new look for Fall/Winter. Then they did an amazing job pulling it off - and with a fairly nervous dog to boot. I will go back and I will recommend to all of my friends with dogs!

Very friendly and professional service. Excellent customer service. I went there with my new puppy and the owner took the time to teach me how to properly groom my pup. Also the rates to have him professionally groomed are reasonable, they are very accommodating and they do an excellent job.

My lab, Moose, loved his first trip to Muddy Buddy's last month. This place is incredible - Imagine an upscale spa with down to Earth service, and top notch quality products for your pup, many of which are environmentally friendly as well. I like to think of Muddy Buddy's as a holistic retreat for Moose, as it isn't just a "do-it-yourself dogwash" like other places we have visited. For one, you have choices of what type of shampoo you need based on your dog's coat or color, the scents of the other products you use, AND the clean up is done for you! Aprons are provided so you don't get wet, and the sides of the tubs are tall enough so that you can really get your dog clean without cleaning the other clientele too :) All kinds of grooming tools are provided, along with a slip-over collar that attaches to the tub to gently prevent your little dude from bolting. The tubs are absolutely spotless and super easy to use (although guidance is offered on your first visit), with a nozzle that automatically mixes your choice of shampoo with the perfect amount of pressure. You are able to adjust the water temperature to your liking. You soften your buddy's coat with a nicely scented leave-in conditioner, blow-dry 'em with a specially designed doggie dryer, and after a squirt of canine cologne, you are well on your way to a walk through Town Center with the best lookin' (and smellin') dog in Mill Creek. The prices are quite reasonable, and you can even buy a member's card that is essentially a "Buy 5 washes and get 1 free" - that makes it $20 a wash. The owner was there during our visit, and he walked us through the entire process, and was friendly and knowledgeable, even leading us to some very interesting websites that compared different brands of food and their content. He seems interested in total canine health, not just hosing them down. Moose, being an 11 month old puppy, is usually a bit skittish of new experiences, but this was something he could not get enough of. He almost fell asleep standing up while getting a scrub down. We have just moved to the area, and this little gem is just what we were looking for. Our first trip was one of many more to come. This is a must try. Moose guarantees that your dog will love it. Cheers!

We have two Great Danes that despise getting baths. We love Muddy Buddy because the tubs are easy to wrangle our mini horses in to and also easy to get to all sides of the dog while they are in a panic. They offer sensitive skin options and the staff is always super helpful and friendly. We always went to Pup Scrub in Juanita until Muddy Buddy moved in to the neighborhood, now we wouldn't go anywhere else.

It is the cleanest and classiest dog spa in the Northwest. They have state of the art equipment (all water, soap, rinses and even conditioner from one nozzle) , large fiberglass tubs and very friendly help. I get to make all of the choices about my dog including if I want to do the wash or have them do it for me. Either way - they do all the cleanup. It is wonderful.

Jeff is personable, helpful and a genuinely nice person to know. I always have interesting conversations with him when I am there to wash one of my many four legged friends.

I also love that they clean up the mess and that my restrictive budget can afford to make the mess at their place.

Finally, a spa for the four legged members of our family! Our dogs our pampered from the moment they arrive. The attention to detail, and TLC is first class, and the spa is beautiful. We are so glad they moved in.

Though the price was more than I expected (coming from the 'dry side' of the state, the personable service and advice more than made up for it. Besides, *everything* costs more over here :) Good to know there are good people around to help those of us who may be less informed... and the dog smells a *lot* better!

The store is easy to find and access. They have experienced groomers for a competitive price. Though you can't leave your dogs all day, Muddy Buddy's hours of operation work well for someone working full-time as they are open weekdays until 7:00 and all day Saturday.

For the bonding experience you get with your pet. My dog loves it! I can now say that bathing my dog is pleasurable again. Before my dog leaves the store, she is already dry and smelling wonderful!

This is a great place! Jeff, the owner is very nice and extremely helpful.

The facility had everything you need and right within your reach. With having the soap and conditioner coming out in the perfect mix and at the right temperature sure made it work smoothly. The blow dryer was great and really worked to get the fur dry in a timely manner.

Our Husky was blowing her coat so there was fur everywhere and the best part was no clean up on my part! And it sure beats paying the groomers a lot of money when you can conveniently do it yourself.

I think it was a great experience for both for all, dog and owner, due to no anxiety about me leaving her with the groomers, wondering what kind of care she is receiving.
